The First 209 Health Nucleus Clients

 In In The News

20 years since the first human genome sequence, the power of genomics integrated with advanced technology and analysis is the new standard of health; the Health Nucleus (HN).

After screening the first 209 clients, HN reported its findings in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

In active symptom-free adults, the Health Nucleus found 5 diseases including Type 2 diabetes and diabetes risk, atherosclerosis and atherosclerosis risk, metabolic syndrome, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Seventy (34%) study participants were referred for follow-up imaging based on findings from non contrast full-body MRI.

These insights were generated from the Health Nucleus’ proprietary integration and analysis of whole genome sequencing paired with full body MRI, among other assessments, for a detailed look at current health and health risks.
